Dear Pleasant Valley Middle Families,Mike Maloney photo

Oh, the weather outside is frightful, so please remember to dress for warmth and feel delightful! Winter has arrived and once again holiday festivities are happening and lights are shining all over town. With this wonderful time of year comes a special need and the opportunity to support the true meaning, giving to others in need! We want to thank you all for the wonderful support with our food drive and the Giving Tree gift purchases.  As you know, this will be a great help to many people and families. Thank you all! On another note, as we move closer to the middle of the school year, we would like to share our vision to support learning for all at Pleasant Valley Middle School. We, as a staff and community, are focusing on and working with what we call the 6 Cs.

Communication– Key to successful teamwork.

Collaboration– Dedicated to improving instructional practice and student success.

Connections– Developing relationships with our students.

Compassion– Working with our students to understand and work with their individual situations.

Consistency– Working as one team with the same goals, expectations and vision.

Celebrations– Celebrate what we are doing well by giving recognition and praise.

We hope that all of you and your families have a wonderful, safe holiday season and we will be looking forward to a wonderful New Year.

Sincerely,

Mike Maloney, Principal

Krishna Smith, Assistant Principal
