It's not every day really old books returned to the library.
A mom of a former Pleasant Valley Middle student visited the school to return her daughter's (way) past due library book. Marjorie Ingle found the book when she was cleaning out her home saying her daughter checked it out when she was a student back in the 1970s. Since the book was so old book she asked if she could have it. The library technician Ms. Kullberg (pictured left) said, “Of course!”
The book, titled "Home from Far" by Jean Little, was at least 46 years overdue and was officially given back to Marjorie Ingle (pictured on the right.)
Do you have any really old library books laying around at your home?
